Meeting Room Reservations

  • The Home Owners Association has a meeting room on the 3rd floor off the lobby. It is available for use by Owners and there is a link below to the on-line form to request a reservation. You may also view the calendar below to determine if there is already a reservation for the date you need or some other event in the area or at San Carlos that might affect your plans.

    • Please note an owner must be present during the use of the room, you cannot reserve the room for renters.
      • An Owner may reserve the room for use by immediate family members. (Parents, Children, Siblings)
    • The Owner is responsible for cleaning and returning the room to the regular setup ready for the next user.
    • Snowbirds are allowed to use the room.
