Alabama Governor, Kay Ivey, has extended the current “Safer at Home” Order through March 5, 2021. At that point in time, Governor Ivey may again extend the existing mandates and/or issue new guidelines. Masks must be worn when you are within six feet of a person from another household in all indoor spaces open to the general public (this includes vehicles operated by a transportation service and outdoor public spaces where 10 or more people are gathered). Please note that masks are not required on beaches or outdoor spaces as long as you maintain a safe six-foot social distance from non-household members.

At San Carlos, we request all persons on property wear face coverings when outside their individual units. We also request that all Guests and Owners maintain social distancing at a distance of six (6) feet in all hallways, elevators, lobbies, etc.
